Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for all yacht rental bookings made through our website.
Overview
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your yacht booking up to 7 days before the scheduled trip for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental may be subject to partial or no refund, depending on the notice period and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Terms
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 7 days before your booking date.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 72 hours and 7 days prior to your trip.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes to Bookings
We allow one-time changes to your rental date or time subject to availability and at least 72 hours notice. Contact our support team to request a change.
Weather Conditions
In case of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions, we may cancel or reschedule your booking. In such situations, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is confirmed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card again.
- Contact your payment provider, as it may take additional time before the refund is officially posted.

Gift Vouchers & Promotions
Gift vouchers and promotional bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once, depending on availability.
